Expecting a baby is one of the most exciting times of many of our lives. But it can also be very overwhelming. Our main goal is to make parents feel more comfortable and confident by lending a helping hand.

Our team has over 30+ years of Maternity care experience, as Registered Nurses. We have experience working on the birthing suite/postpartum care unit, Special care nursery unit of a hospital, and midwifery experience. We each are certified in breast feeding support by completing a hospital grade breast-feeding course. Our team is extremely passionate about postpartum health teaching and building confidence in women during this period of their lives. And above all, We’re parents as well and love babies!

As moms, we understand the struggles of new parenthood firsthand. One thing We've learned is that it’s OK to ask for help. We all need a break to rest and recharge during this transitional period, and hope to help families with our knowledge and experience through their beautiful journey of parenthood.
